The meeting will be hosted by AEI Hannover, but held at the Novotel here: http://www.novotel.com/gb/hotel-5390-novotel-hannover/index.shtml. AEI has reserved a block of 80 guest rooms for 125€/night single, 156€/night double accommodation, including breakfast and internet connection. People are welcome to make reservations at any time, but these special rates are only available until May 4th, 2012 (extended by almost 2 weeks).
